An introduction to Kung-Fu. ( Dates to be announced )
A 2 day foundation course covering the following subjects:

Sui-Nim-Tau, the first Kung-Fu form. Learn the form in depth and how to apply the moves that it contains.

The principles of fighting, the correct use of power, and the 'Centreline' theory.

The basic steps and stances of the Kung-Fu system.

The correct way to Punch and Kick.

Basic Self-Defence techniques.

Pad work and fitness routines.
After completing this course you will have learnt all the material required for the first Wing Tyun Kung-Fu grading and more.
Whether you decide to join the organisation and take up a new rewarding hobby, just practice at home, or move onto your next activity break, through the principle based teaching you will remember what you have been taught, and be able to apply this knowledge if ever the need arises.
