If your child has taken their free trial lesson, and wish to enrol them in the Junior Wing Tyun Kung-Fu Club, please complete the form below. We will enter these details into our records and ask you to sign the completed application form when you bring them to their next training session.

Please note the monthly training fee of £19.50 includes all gradings free of charge, and full insurance.

There will be 45 sessions per year at both the Cannock & Stafford Clubs.
